What is your return policy?

VestiBea has a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at vestibea@gmail.com. For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
